I thought the park was great. Lots of people having fun. The animals are well taken care of. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We had a great time.

A great place but overpriced. 50 bucks entry then each action adventure at separate charges of 25 bucks. The dolphin show is hopeless only talk and talk and talk that too useless. The seal show and killer whale show are really fun. Worth. Other lot of areas are closed due to hurricane Irma which the person at ticketing would never tell you. For small kids it's good to see. The penguins and most underwater creatures in hard glass cases. The information team is super boring and total waste . It's a nice place overall if managed properly. Need lot of improvement in the show timings . If u plan to go please reach around 10am. Don't go in noon as many activities would be closed.

We went for my girlfriends birthday and we really believe that the staff at this place is planning a mass suicide because they all look absolutely miserable...the park is basically empty and i can understand why....i felt like i needed a metaphorical shower after i left because i needed to wash the memory away. Half of the exhibits were closed because of Hurricane Irma which I understand but that was never mentioned to me during purchase....Extremely disappointing experience. We were in Mexico a couple months ago and the aquariums and experiences were breathtaking....this makes me sad to be an American. Thanks Miami Seaquarium, for robbing me of those few hours of my life i will never get back. The only good part was the one skinny tall dolphin trainer, he was cool, but even the other dolphin trainers were rude to some of the foreign guests.

Went for my first time today, and it was not what I expected. It was small and there were a couple things closed. Very disappointing. Not worth the money even being discounted because I am a Florida resident. Only 2 areas were putting on shows. It looks like the animals don’t get treated fair there. Heard over 200 animals died there, my guess is there living conditions. Drove 2 hours to only see everything in a little less than an hour. Oh and I called a head of time to ask a question.. starting wait time to talk to someone by phone was at 4 minutes then increased over 20 minutes. Was on the phone for 31 minutes and still was in line waiting. But I hung up.

It's a very run down place...a lot of the animals were not there during my visit last week. Alligators were returned to the Glades and sharks were not there either because of the hurricane, apparently. If it wasn't because of the orca the whole experience would suck really bad. Unless you buy tickets at a deep discount it's not worth it.
