This place is wonderful! First of all, the food tastes great. I've often noticed that "healthy" or "organic" or gluten-free foods taste...well...rather flat, but this bread and cake tastes excellent. The owner is a lovely man, very knowledgeable about health. The ingredients are premium, and the products are made with a lot of love and care. I don't live in FL, unfortunately, and I haven't found anything as good where I live. I look forward to visiting again.

Wow! At a loss for words here. After spending OVER A YEAR with stomach pains from acid reflux, after less than a week switching from my medicine (Prevacid) to Joseph's bread and a special herbal tea the owner advised, I have found my acid reflux issued have all but disappeared. This is coming from someone who generally is very skeptical of homeopathic cures. I haven't had to switch back to my medicine ever since, and I doubt I ever will God-willing! The owner is very friendly, and knowledgeable as well. I drive down every week now from Lantana to make sure I get the onion garlic bread (personal favorite). Ask for Reuven at the front to get some great recommendations!
I lost 20 pounds since I started eating the bread and drinking the tea!

The products taste great. I feel good after eating there. The dairy free pizza is one of my favorites. I am extremely satisfied. Finally I can live a healthy lifestyle conveniently! I've never felt so happy and healthy in my life.
