Fun place. The restaurant/cafe is closed until December for remodel but they allow a couple food trucks out front. The pizza & wings from Mateo's Pizza was phenomenal
They were under construction at the time. So there was no food inside. But i really loved how they were able to accommodate for that by having food trucks out side that were available. I enjoyed my time there with family very much.
Lane conditions are great for leagues/tournaments. However, the staff could use an overhaul in my opinion, not very friendly as a whole. There are a few always nice employees, but the others could use some more in-depth training in customer service. I've been told several times that I cannot receive the exact same service( bowling special)as the person in front of me in line and with no clear reason why. The manager (Jeff), admitted that he makes exceptions for his buddies and allows them to get bowling specials that were previously in place but removed by the owner (or so I was told), simply because "they have been coming for years". He has attempted to make me feel better by saying that he will inform staff to let me receive the same deals, which has yet to happen...but more importantly, what about everyone else
We're visiting family in Florida from Texas. A mist all the things and attractions we've seen since coming to Florida, this place was one of the top highlights. I see some people made some comments about the food - we thought the food was great; we had the Mozzarella sticks, wings, and chicken tenders. Bowling was great, arcades was fun for the kids. We wanted to try the billiards but had too much fun bowling. Adult drinks were great. Overall we had an amazing time. Good job. A++ this will be on our itinerary next time we're in Florida.
