Nice RV resort, quiet pool area and hot tub but not always clean, pool often littered with bugs. Shower blocks need updating. Laundry good. Shop only provides very basic goods. Has cycle/walking area around the site but busy road nearby so no-where to walk off site. Long drive to nearest beach. OK as a base to explore south Florida.
This is a great RV resort to bring the family. It has so many amenities like a dog park, pool, and volleyball court. Every RV site is a pull through which makes it very easy to pull in. They have cabins for local friends to stay at. It is in a remote location which makes it very quiet and peaceful.
Stayed two nights in one of the pet cabins. The resort is nice with lots of amenities. Really clean grounds and a nice loop around the perimeter for walking and cycling. The cabin itself was a bit dirty, nothing too bad though just dirt on the floors and the bathroom could use a good scrub. But overall quite pleased with the stay. Plenty of fun things for the kids to keep them entertained. We even saw a hot air ballon take off from the grounds.
We really loved this RV Park! There was a lot to do (pool, hot tub, putt putt) and although we spent most of the day away from the resort, is was great to come back in the evenings in relax in the hot tub and play a little putt putt, especially since there putt putt area had a bunch of lizards (red-headed agamas) running around, which we are not used to seeing, so that was really neat. The park was also filled with a variety of different birds, which we also enjoyed. The best part for us was the dog park. It was big enough for our dogs to to be able to run and play and although there were other dogs staying there we never saw any other dogs in the park, which was actually perfect. It was also spotless inside and there were plenty of trash cans. We don’t usually stay at resort type places, we generally like to travel on more of a budget, but this place was definitely worth the money and I would stay here again.
Great location to stay. The cabin which I stayed at was clean. The other campers were friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend a stay at this location. The staff was wonderful to deal with. Even with the recovery from Irma the property is well maintained.
