Horrible buisness... wasted my time, had to pull teeth for answers and they were completely hostile and disrespectful.
Please understand that the people who work at this car dealership are seeking to rob people. They have posted pictures if trucks that were allegedly sold days and weeks ago. This is a trick to get you to come up to the dealership. Then the fun starts because that's when they change the price. Do not do business with them!!!!!! I just left the dealership they ar e full of $*!+. Scam artist.
I bought my car here at matrix 3 years ago, on april 26 my car was stolen. I went back to matrix and got my self a new car!!! A 2010 mercedes, im really happy with the service matrix gave me!!!!
I had a very good experience here. Very welcoming and explained everything to me. Nice variety of cars too. They assured me everything was fine with the car which the CarFax verified. I've had no issues thus far and I got a good deal. I would definitely recommend them.
