Horrible experience I did my research before I gave my information to Alex and Carlos the car salesman. After giving him my information he runs my credit I have excellent credit btw and tells me I have something on my credit report of child support collection OK no problem I understand so he goes ahead and says Im still going to get you approved that doesn't happen but what does happen he gives me 10 hard inquiries on my credit report so now my credit report looks like I'm desperate for a car that I was not desperate for. So I speak to him explain explain to him what's going on he says there is no way I said OK. He then says I'm going to call you back I have to clear this up first never heard from him ever again. PeopleBeware! Now I'm stuck with 10 hard inquiries for two years!People Beware
Brought a 2015 car. It needed a new tire and a alignment. I called and spoke to Orlando in service and he set me up with a appointment. Took my car back and only 2hours later it was ready with a new tire and a perfect alignment. No hassle no questions it was simple and easy. The purchase was easy and straight to the point. This place is good to buy a used car from. The manager Mario and salesman Alex was good also.
0 is the real amount of stars. They sold me a lemon body looked good needed over 7k worth of mechanical fixing. They told me it was perfect when. Took it. Come to find out the car was in a crash lithe month before I bought it in a whole different state. Now I'm stuck with a 25k car that I still owe 15k on that I can't drive. STAY CLEAR OF THESE FRAUDS

Horrible service, Alex is by far the worst seller I have ever met, A friend of mine was about to buy a mustang with them, $1500 down no credit no bs on the phone, we get there down payment goes up to 6k , never showed my friend the interest he would have to pay , the numbers on the paper would only show the price for the car and the down payment.. After I tell my friend to get the deposit he had put for the car back, Alex literally tells me to “be quiet “ because he was talking to my friend who doesn’t speak a word of English trying to convince him to sign the papers.. His audacity was uncomfortable, telling us that we made him get car facts and work all morning, for my friend to get approved by the bank for nothing .. read all the other reviews before even giving them a chance.. AVOID IT AT ANY COST
