Outstanding Genuine Service with a Smile. Waiting room was spotless and had complimentary beverages/coffee/soda and snacks for customers waiting. Service was first class and it was raining today so the manager walked me to my car with an umbrella. Everything was above and beyond expectations, including the way they notify of the repair estimate for your approval via text and email. They wait for your approval before proceeding with any services. The prices were just as good if not better than dealership that I always take my car to. I'm extremely pleased with today's experience and would highly recommend Miami's Quality Auto Repair to everyone!
If you are looking for a repair shop that is honest and does great work try Quality Auto. We have been taking our fleet of vehicles to Andres and his staff for many years!! They are truly the best and you can trust that they are NOT going to take advantage of you!! Plus they have free snacks, coffee and soda in the waiting room!!!
Very nice and courteous but get ready to get overcharged. It was so bad I decided to never go back. I'm to old to play bait and hook games. All these five star ratings are for free starbucks coffee gift certificates. Ask their customers and they'll tell you. Lost my trust.
Miami Quality Auto continues to offer amazing service (both auto and customer). They've worked on both our cars for the last 4 years and we'll continue to take our cars there. They're clear and communicative. They don't push for expensive repairs and recently even garaged our car an extra night so we could have time to make a decision about whether to okay a particularly large repair.
In addition, they have wonderful front office staff (thanks Marcella and Ingrid!) that is helpful and super friendly. I've also made use many times of their FREE shuttle ride. They also offer and abundance of complimentary coffee/snacks/kid juice boxes etc. in their office.
I just moved into the area not knowing of a good mechanic. My insurance guided me to these guys and there expert services were able.to get me out of a sticky situation. The service was fast and reliable. Grateful I stumbled on this place. A+ business and customer relations
