I don’t even know why no stars is not an option. I had never been to Busy Bee before, I always go to El Carwash and now I know why. So after work I went over there and I did the car wash first thinking that after I finish the car wash I can clean the inside of my car. So I pulled up to the stand where you buy the wash and there was no one there. Then, this lady started walking my way talking super loud on the phone. She did not stop talking on the phone the whole time she was attending me, if you even call it “attending”. She kept talking and waived her hand at me so that I can speak and tell her what I wanted. I didn’t know the prices because the different kind of prices are posted NO WHERE. I asked her how much it was for a basic wash while I was handing her my card because I know it wasn’t more than $10 but I wanted to know the actual price. She just swiped my card and gave me the receipt. Then, I later see that it was $8. After the car wash I pulled into the customer vacuum and starting vacuuming. When I was done there was only one way out which was through the car wash, which I had already done. So I pull up to the ticket booth again and this time there was a man and I said I already got a wash, I didn’t know that the only way out was this way and I showed him my receipt. He rolled his eyes and didn’t say anything and just handed me back the receipt with this attitude face. He then told the lady that I had a car wash already and said “should I let her go?” and he continued looking at me with an attitude and moved a cone and signaled for me to leave. So unhappy, I was in a good mood and they just ruined my afternoon. I hate it when you’re in a good mood and are nice to people and they are sooo rude back. Never going back again! Worst service ever!!

On weekdays is not as busy like the weekends. There is self service, which I prefer to take my time and clean the car out. I enjoy using the machine for the mats and the vacuum is power. They provide free air and windshield washer fluid.
