I can always find deals on electronics here. The place might be hectic and stuff are all over the place. But, one thing for certain they make it up with great customer service.
What a horrible experience it is to shop at this location. After spending my entire Sunday purchasing a new TV. They gave me a broken screen. After complaining numerous times about the broken screen which they have documented, the return dept manager was extremely rude and had no intentions of helping out. I had to threaten to call my credit card company in order to get the store manager to step in and attempt to resolve the issue. At the end of it all I don't think I will ever buy anything from this store again. Great prices but poor customer service. Specially in the returns dept.
Went to purchase a TV. They had a great deal for a 43” inch TV. I confirmed prices with employees and decided to take it. Once I got to the register to pay a different price rang up. The cashier manager asked me to bring her the price tag, which I did since there were two identical tags place on the stack of the 43” inch TV. Cashier told me there was a mistake and that the price was for a different TV. Manager of the TV department came and told me the same thing . I asked what they could do for me due to their mistake and the neither manager were able to help me. The TV that the tag was for was also out of stock. I felt scammed and lied to. When I went back to see the stack of TV all prices tags were taken down and I couldn’t take a picture. Terrible customer service and no help at all.
Well store and most employees were polite, but some female employees looked at me like I was trespassing and didn't care to help. but Overall great place to shop.
My favorite electronic superstore. Helpful and informed staff. Prices are reasonable. Special sales are amazing.
