I came here for a recent photo seminar in which I met the staff afterwards. We discussed new gear and trading in some of the gear that I had towards a new purchase. I was very pleased with the transaction and the service that they provided. I will definitely be doing more business with them in the future. *Update 10-31-17* Came in on a Saturday to purchase the rotolight neo 2, no complaints. Same stellar service as always. A truly fantastic selection of cameras & lenses which the knowledgeable and supportive staff will guide you through. Loved having all the equipment available to see in person and touch hands on. Worked mostly with Henry and he helped me find exactly what I was looking for! Never felt pressured to buy something - just felt informed enough that in the end, the decision to buy my camera/lens here came naturally. I've been an enthusiast photographer for a long time, I've bought gear in several stores, and by far the guys from AVC have provided me the best customer attention and care ever. They yield a true proper way to treat customers. Don't buy online if you can buy to a physical store specially like AVC, it's light years better.
