Absolutely awful. I wouldn't recommend this place to worst enemy. Complete waste of time. How is it that i go into this place with an imaging order from my doctor to get a simple X-Ray and NO ONE could tell me how much it was going to cost me before hand? There was 5 people at the counter and not one of them (especially the cashier) could tell me how much the X-Ray would cost. Unbelievable. But i guess thats the norm now-a-days, visit a Dr, Hospital, Clinic (whatever) - get your procedure done and then wait for the surprise bill to come in the mail. PATHETIC!
This is place is the worst! You literally have to bring breakfast, lunch and dinner. The wait time is insane! Staff are unprofessional, swearing in front of patients during their conversations. This place needs new management. This will be my first and last visit.
I made several appointments and there is always a problem when I get there, once I saw the doctor he prescribed me with medication but when I went to pick it up it wasn’t at the pharmacy I tried calling and every time they transferred me to the assistant they would hang up or told me they weren’t able to get anyone on the phone that they would leave a message it’s been three day and i haven’t heard from anyone there
The wait times are the worst i have ever seen. Expect your stay to be around 2 hours average before you even see a doctor or RN. I have been to this site around 3 times and it has been the case every single time. The facilities are dirty and cramped. The wait area is small, cumbersome, and you are seated with other patients who might be sick and pass it onto you. I only go to this place because of necessity and proximity. Otherwise avoid if possible.
I am very thankful for this place. They're staff is actually helpful and organized. The pediatrics department is great and the phlebotomists in the lab are super nice as well.
