The costumer service at Marshalls in Dolphin Mall was the worst experience I have had in a department store. Within 30 minutes of being in the store my wallet was stolen along with $800 cash, all my credit cards and personal information. The wallet was inside my dipper bag hanging on my stroller which I never lost sight of. I began to panic and ask for assistance form the management team. An associate approached us and pointed at another lady and told us she was the manager. This in fact was not a manager and just a supervisor who did nothing but tell us we had to call the police on our own and file a report. Frantically, my mother, myself with a 5 month old baby looked for a quiet place in the store to call the police. It was hurtful to see how poorly we were treated, there was such a lack of empathy for our situation such poor treatment from staff. The store "manager" refused to show us surveillance video or even offer a glass of water or somewhere to sit, she didn't even bother to hear us out at least in an attempt to sooth/cal a crying mother. Today's event occurred around 1pm where on a weekday which means the store was not full. If the proprietor stuck around to see what happens they will defiantly be pursing Marshalls costumers at dolphin mall as no one in the store even cared to call security, mall police or even so much as to look concerned. I will never return to Marshalls as my memories are solely of the lack of empathy from the management team in my time of need.
The place is some how in order. Hard has since there is a lot of tourist coming every day and messing all up. Good prices but not much options in shoes. There is always a big línea at cashiers.
