In terms of service at this branch I would give it a five. Leonard, Jay and Layton are great at their jobs. I give a four because there's been times I want to read a magazine or get a book and they'll have spanish copies not english ones. When you are a third generation Miamian, with veteran relatives, you just would think your tax dollars would go more to things that honor this country's heritage like its language in a sea of each individual culture wanting the most for themselves not the greater whole.
This library is okay, the books aren't always organized in the way they should be but overall this library is very nice and the staff are very friendly most of the time.
Large library with varied selection. Check out the videos and audiobooks.
Didn't have all the books I wanted but they have a computer which allowed me to pick it up later that week. Overall great service.
