Although I haven't always gotten my way when it comes to a particular court ruling, the law is the law and perception and/or interpretation of the law is within the purview of those making the final decision. To believe otherwise would be foolish.

In my 30 or so years of dealing with the deputy clerks and other staff of the Miami-Dade County Clerk of Courts in Miami, Florida, I have found them to be generally polite, considerate and knowledgeable of their respective position. I've been around so long to remember that it was just "Dade" rather than "Miami-Dade."

I was at judge's Samuel J Slom court room...very respectful and educated person. I'll give him 5 stars but the parking aspect it's a rip-off, and food carts right in front of the building wasn't a good sight.
