This time we decided to give this one a try. We ordered a Salchipapa with everything on the side, just the hotdogs and fries, and an Arepa RELLENA with carne. When we eventually got our food the Salchipapa had cheese all over it and the Arepa Rellena was just an Arepa topped with some meat. It honestly didn’t look good at all.
We called the truck with the hopes of getting our food fixed. We have had issues before with the trucks messing up our order but they always fix it, I even drive to them so they don’t have to send another driver. This time the guy at the phone just blamed us, telling us that we didn’t know Colombian food. --Seriously this is ridiculous, I have lived in Miami since I was 11, I know Colombian late night food. It is the best thing for a late night snack on your way back to Kendall. I have been to Los Perros, Los Verdes, and multiple food trucks all over Miami. I am a Maisitos and Salchipapa kind of guy. Don’t you tell me I don’t know Colombian food! —
So the main issue I had with this place has to be the poor customer service. We had ordered from Uber Eats and waited over an hour for our food. We order from the truck next to them all the time and we always get our food on time.

Disgusting people, disgusting food. If there was an option for no stars, I would put it. To begin with, I live almost 3 miles away, and waited for over an hour for cold, soggy, food that was not what I had ordered and looked completely unappetizing. I tried calling to see if they could change it to the right order and the person there could not care less. Rather, they blamed me for ordering. They did not attempt to help in the slightest or offer any type of apology for the mistake. I ended up having to hang up after realizing that they don’t care about their customers. No wonder they’re always empty while the Peruvian Food Truck in front of them is always full.
