Over priced for just the seats. I paid $140 plus for 5 people. We ordered popcorn took 30 min to be delivered. We thought the reason could it be fresh? No unfortunately it’s the coldest worst flavored popcorn for $22, 2 large. Service here sucks. Food items worst frozen microwave stuff. This place has nothing but great seats. Everything else is not worth it.

Great staff and decor. But movie tickets are a bit pricey and screens are too small. Sit in row 2 to get "big screen" feel. I still enjoyed the movie very much. Food and drinks were reasonably priced.

Nice theater but I found the service really poor. Once seated, I reviewed the menu and pressed the call button (it is waiter service, and not concession stands). A good six or seven minutes passed (theater wasn't filled) so I said "excuse me" to one of the servers. I asked if she would take my order. She paused but then did so and was nice. My small popcorn came fairly quickly but my soda did not. Then the head waiter (probably not the correct title but my best guess), came over to take my credit card. I asked if my soda was coming. He didn't respond (seemed focused on his screen). I asked again and he responded that he was ringing it in. I gave him my credit card and said "please make sure I get my soda." He didn't respond. Several more minutes passed so I asked another server for assistance. She went and got my soda right away. My seat wasn't the best, so I waited a good 30 minutes and moved. The same head waiter came over and said I had to return to my seat because the seat I had taken had been purchased. I explained that we were 30 minutes into the movie, and all tardy Miami jokes aside, these folks probably weren't coming. I further explained that I moved because my seat is the first one as you enter the theater and turn to the seats. It is just next to the dividing wall which means people turning the corner will walk into my chair when reclined (all seats are reclining). In short, it is wasn't comfortable and there were plenty of empty seats. I don't fault the head waiter for doing his job. I fault him for not giving thought to the situation.

Nice idea, but poorly executed. At $25-30 per ticket (not including food or auto gratuity), it is best to go somewhere else. Positives include great reclining seats and awesome to be able to order food/drinks. Call buttons don't work which is unfortunate because they never gave us part of our order. We were able to successfully wave someone down towards the end of the movie and ended up getting the wrong thing. Automatic gratuity is included as well so not like there is an incentive to provide customer service.

This time, we spent $120 between tickets and food and drinks ( a main dish, chicken tenders for $14.50 and $6 french fries, 1 beer and 1 bottle of water). And of course, 18% gratuity IS included to your bill. The theatre screen is the same if not smaller than screens in other theatres. The only great thing are the reclining chairs that go all the way back so you feel like you're in bed.

The first time I came here, a movie ticket was $22 per person and they gave you complimentary small popcorn that was actually pretty good. The service was good except that I was not offered a blanket. That was on a weekday. We spent $100 for tickets, food and drinks (only 1 alcoholic drink -beer). 4 months later, I go and the tickets are now $26.75 a person and there's no complimentary popcorn AND there was a "misprint" on the app and website that stated that the movie was 3D when it was not. I bought the tickets using the app and purchased a beer for my fiancé assuming it would be brought to us soon after we arrived. It took 20 minutes for him to get his beer. I don't see the point of purchasing food ahead of time if it's going to take as long of longer to get it once you're in the theatre.
