Extremely slow and awful availability times. My shipment arrived in Florida almost 2 weeks ago yet they are unable to deliver for almost a month. Their delivery is so slow that my order has been placed into temporary storage. I would not recommend their service to anyone that would like their items in a timely manner. The customer service representative on the phone was also horribly rude. I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere.
Great experience from the start. I had a residential 1-Bedroom move so they sent two movers over. I was slightly worried since this was my first time using a professional service, but the move was perfect. Very professional and quick. I also got a call straight from Joe's Moving to make sure my experience was going well and smoothly. Overall, I had a great moving experience with Joe's Moving from the moving office and the movers. Thanks again Joe's!!!
If I could give it less than one star I would. DON'T HIRE JOE'S MOVING!!!! We are a military family and have been moved multiple times by multiple movers and this company was the absolute WORST!!! We have so much damaged furniture and personal items. First, they didn't complete the packing on day one so the movers on day two were mad and just threw things in boxes, unwrapped, and unprotected. The packing was deplorable (ie: framed pictures with glass not wrapped in anything and all shoved in a box. Every single frame and/or glass broken) and they brought a truck that was too small so they literally were shoving the boxes and furniture as they closed the door. Power tools were put in Christmas storage plastic tubs and just taped closed. That's bad packing, but they didn't wrap anything in the tub so ceramic decorations were crushed by the tools. If you value your items and investments, do not use this company.....EVER!!!!
This was the worst move we have ever had!!! They did a terrible job at moving the already boxed items.. It took them 9+ hours for a house of 925sqft. They were very rude, disrespectufll, and lazy. They would shout outside for one of us to come and talk to them.. They never spoke to me an an understanable manner.. They were just terrible! I can not stress enough how many thing arrived broken, lost (probably stolen by them), and severly damaged. We moved 1600 miles. I would not recomend them ever!
