The Customer service here is wonderful. They always greet me when I enter the store and always help me carry out my purchases to the car. Very knowledgeable and friendly!

It is close to my house and the staff there are always helpful and nice. Love shopping at this location.
But that, the store was decent, I suppose. I mean the lady didn't tell me all the essentials of a hamster and the hamster cage I bought was broken.
Store didnt open at 9 am . I had to wait more than 30 min outside and nobody was inside. They need to be more responsible
I was buying a hamster and I asked the lady that was showing me the hamsters how long do they normally live. The lady responded 5 years. Spoiler alert: they last for 2-3 years.
