My package has been sitting there now for 15 days. No one answers the phone - most calls are cut off before they're answered. This is a straightforward package from in state, not a customs issue. Bad enough they're holding it for no reason, inexcusable that you can't get through to anyone to check on it.
Not only that, but the USPS claims website had been broken for over two weeks now. And apparently there's no other way to file a claim. Tell me how that's fair?
My package to Ireland has been stuck here for almost a whole month and hasn't moved one bit. No matter who I try to talk to no one will help me. I live in TN so it's not like I can just go and complain in person. For reference, another package to Britain, which is on the same Island, got there in a week. So why the huge hold up on my Ireland order?

This facility is in charge of making sure packages are sorted and depart their location in good condition. They are also responsible for having a valid reason to return packages the "sender" I have ordered from a company twice and have had the package returned twice. No reason for the return. The address and information are correct. Two other co-workers ordered from the same company and received their packages. The company and I verified the address and compared it. So what's the issue?
