Great place for lunch or dinner. Noel was our chef! Very active and enthusiastic when cooking for us. I recommend going weeks day... It could get really crowded, but it worth it. It took is 50 min for the table.
Samurai is a busy restaurant so the waiting time can be up to an hour (my experience). I chose to wait and while doing so we sat at the bar and enjoyed good conversation. When we got seated the show commenced with the preparation of the food with some showmanship. Enjoyed the show but received my meals in parts with a wait in between each portion, so did not like that. The sushi was great however and the stake was enjoyable. The bill was bit high but I guess it included the show.
Unique style of cooking with a very entertaining chef. Didn’t get the chance of trying their desserts which looked good. The chicken and shrimp was amazing with their special recipe sauce. This is a popular place for birthday groups, there were a couple birthdays going on while we had lunch.
Go if you're hungry. They make some of the best shrimp you'll ever have, bar none. It's not cheap, but by the time you roll out of there, you'll know you've eaten and, it'll be good. The wait staff can be a little hit and miss sometimes, but not to where it's a problem. The chefs are amazing to watch.
Fresh meal and they cook right in front of you. Depending on the mood of staffs service will either be joyful or bitter. #SAMURAI
