Istueta made a proposal that unfortunately was not as competitive as other companies. In the future, it could be beneficial to perhaps communicate to the costumer, that the company will make an attempt to determine if there's anything that can be considered. I would not recommend using this company because of their lack of responsiveness. Salesman tactics were poor lack of communication.
These guys are the real deal. Professional, honest, fast, and kept me in the loop throughout the process. They try their best to accommodate. I got many quotes from other companies and this was the best value. I love my new metal roof. No regrets. Thanks Joe and Chris.
During a disaster like Irma and needing an estimate to have my roof replaced they want to charge 300.00 just to give an estimate sad to know they will take advantage of people during the rebuilding after Irma
This company is taking advantage of Hurricane Irma victims and price gauging their customers. I like many others had roof tile damage and called Istueta thinking they would treat me fairly. To my surprise, the written quote came back twice as expensive as the one they verbally provided after inspecting my roof. To make matters worse, they charged my $250 just to get an outrageous quote. A few emails later and phone calls and they refuse to do whats right. You have all been warned.
Unfortunately taking advantage of Hurricane victims is a terrible thing. I was floored by them telling me they are charging $350 dollars for an estimate that is a lot of money for an estimate. A more nominal cost would've been more acceptable. Just another company taking advantage of consumers.
