The lease on the land is over $800 a month which is the highest in the state of florida.You buy the house for over $60,000 just to pay over $800 a month just for the land.How pathetic and ridiculous can the owner be to charge property owners over $800 just for land your trailer is on.When you buy a house in one of the poorest neighborhoods in miami you don't expect to pay monthly rent for the land your trailer sits on.Also every year they bring up the rent by $50.
Worst place to live in, people here dont have a clue of what education or manors is, Very sad place to live or raise kids, no respect towards people
Hurricane Irma blew through and their vehicles and homes got damages from flying debris... Stuff that should have been taken inside by their neighbors!! My friends were very upset... And the neighbors don't care!!
