If I could give 100 stars I would. I was very happy with the dress I ordered for my daughters high school homecoming. It came early, material was great, and it looked exactly how it did on the website. We were very happy with it. My daughter felt like a beautiful princess. She was smiling all night.
I would like to say I loveeeedddddd my birthday dress for my party!!! I was a little skeptical only because you never know if its a hit or miss with online shopping. But let me tell you they did not let me down!!! I'm usually a 16 or 18 in jeans due to my hips/butt, I ordered the large and it fit me perfectly. I did put it on over my head but that's expected with me. The dress looked the same as pictured online. It came on time and I received notifications when shipped. I HAD HEADS TURNING ALL NIGHT FROM MEN AND WOMEN!!! Touch Dolls now has a LOYAL CUSTOMER!!!
I ordered few items from the Touch Dolls Boutique and I payed online. I was told to send my ID and proof of address. They asked for my ID number which I blocked when I sent my ID document. I didn't feel comfortable because people commit fraud all the time using confidential information. I order online all the time from overseas companies and no one has asked me for proof of address and ID numbers. They decided to cancel and refunds my order. I am still shocked and very disappointed. Treat your customers the same and do not discriminate.
The glitter gown was the perfect dress for the gala I attended. Great show stopping quality! Delivery time is also very important, and Touchdoll Boutique gets it right! I am definitely a returning customer.
I have just recently started shopping with Touch Dolls after being recommended by a good friend. i have fallen in love with their merchandise. Exactly what is displayed on the website is what you received. Sadly, i experienced not so friendly customer service within the chat online a couple days ago. Sophia who happens to be one of the managers reached out to me to correct this matter. She was very respectful and understanding from both a business and a customers perspective. I will shop with Touch Dolls again and i look forward to better customer service. The clothing is very good quality and very affordable as well.
