Appointment was booked at a promotional rate which the spa removed at the time of the appontment. Instead, they wanted to charege 30% more. It took about 15 minutes and a manager before the primotional rate was provided on the 4 services we booked. The massage was average. The lockers and waiting area were clean and relaxing. This was my first visit, but given the variety of options in the Miami area, I do not plan on returning.
Today I was able to experience even more from the Trump Spa that i didnt experience the 1st 2xs that ive gone. I was happy i made the decision to upgrade my 60min sweddish massage to 90 mins. My masseuse Liz was AMAZING!! Will definately be going back soon!
