My husband and I have been clients since 2007 and have never had a problem. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful; the space is air-conditioned and clean. This is not one of the sterile, new, corporate-type places (been there; done that). The employees are more like family. FYI, in our entire ten year stay, our rent has increased by about $5. That is practically unheard of!! Thanks, Aventura Xtra Storage!! Sign me "Happy Customer".
I was in Florida cleaning out her storage unit because she passed away. I wanted to comment on the excellent service particularly Julia and Rafael. They were both extremely helpful and friendly. Both remembered my mom who wasn't able to go to the facility in about 9 years. They made a difficult task easier and for that I will always be grateful. Thank you very much.
This is a great place to store your stuff. I needed temporary storage after a family death, and discovered this place though other family members. The staff is so helpful and friendly. They allowed me to easily change units based on how much space I needed over the almost two-year period (I started smaller, moved to larger, and then moved to smaller again). Units are also very affordable (compared to other storage I had previously).
