Not every place take and wash my 110 pound American Bulldog and his mean face with such enthusiasm. They have always done a good job, nothing bad so far.
Helpful staff, vast selection of products. They're hosting some adorable cats from the Cat Network. The cats are all microchipped, fixed, and given shots. If only I lived here, I'd take them all!
Yesterday, an employee did not want to attend because my English is not fluent. If she treats clients like that, I can not imagine how she treats pets. Other Petco stores are good, never imagine this in Miami.
The staff was very helpful here. Anytime we needed assistance with awkward or uncommon accessories or foods they've always been very helpful. We purchased a bearded dragon here and we buy our pet supplies here for a dog.
