I love Amtrak better than driving or flying and wonderful staff and personnel
It was a great ride. The staff was friendly. I went from N.C. to Orlando then Orlando to Miami. The return trip is Miami to N. C. Its a great experience. I love to travel.
From Washington D.C. to Miami FL was very happy about the trip. Was able to upgrade to a viewliner room. No food included but was content with the space and restroom although small was in the room. Will travel more.
Always been attended to with courtesy & respect. Excellent service from staff & employees. Hope some day a small cafeteria is added. Then it's gonna get a 5 star rating from me for sure. Recomend 100%.
Easy, convenient, clean from Tampa to Miami. Same time here as to drive. Why drive! Staff professional and courteous!
