I only stayed parking here for 2 hours, $14 and the rate is not even $7 an hour zzz freaking ridiculous.
The customer service agent was rude and IMPATIENT! I was trying to save her time and effort because I had already had some things completed in my file but she didn't listen and rudely quipped, "You're dealing with ME now!"

As everyone has had the misfortune to call this office for information, but to our dismay no one seem to be manning the office phone, perhaps they are too busy on permanent coffee breaks. Welcome to the BANANA REPUBLIC . I waited almost an hour before giving up. This is how our tax money is put to good use, I would love to have this job.
