I loved it. Went today for the first time with my one year old. He could not get enough of the splash area designated for his height and age. The lazy river had a line but was very relaxing and nice. The pool was nice also. They provide life jackets of all sizes for free. Amazing place, I'm already planning to return.
The park looks great, but looks can be deceiving. This was the first time and the last we came to this place and we even left 5 min after we arrived. The staff is super rude and take too long to take care of people, they didn't let us bring any snacks even though my son has a gluten free diet, part of the park was close, and they close at 4:30 come on the sun doesn't go down till 8pm. When we ask for the refund they said they don't do refunds even when we didn't spend 5 min in the park. My son is 4 years old and he can swim very good and they put a non swimmer tag on his wrist.I had to talk to two staff members to force them to return our money after threatening them to go to the news, finally they got the manager and we got our money back. CB Smith here we come.
The park itself is great. It's cheap to get in as well (I'm a Miami resident). We went twice, the first time in 2015 and they searched through my bag. The second time in 2017, they didn't check anything. I heard that we couldn't bring food in, but am not sure what the policy is now. Anyhow I think with so many people having diet restrictions, it's absurd not to let people bring their own food if they wish. Service is not the best but so far it's okay with us.
Inexpensive, locals discount, loads of life guards, clean, usually not crazy busy if you go at open. Movie night on select Fridays. Lockers and food available... "No outside food/drink allowed" - pack smart
Staff is very rude. The place is very nice. I loved that the big kids were separated from the small ones to avoid any incidents; however, the downfall of this place its its employees and their lack of hospitality. They look miserable and are very RUDE! This time they did not check my bag, like they had before. I hope they consider a training in customer serivce or re-hiring new staff(especially the ones who check your tickets and put on your wrist bands). Very saddened by their lack of humanity.
