This was my first time going and I was really excited because I love the holidays. However, I was quickly disappointed by the "enchanted" forest. The lights might have been nice if there weren't big bright carnival concessions ever few feet. Some of the displays were ok but some had really creepy characters. It was $34 for adults and $25 for my 3 year old but a lot of the rides cost additional money and they wouldn't allow us to take our own picture with Santa. Overall, not worth the money and I wouldn't go back. They should have the enchanted forest in the front away from the carnival with a separate entrance fee. Sadly, nothing was enchanting about the event for me. However, I will give it 2 stars because my son liked some of the rides and there were a few nice photo spots.
It has great rides, Great food to. But I was a victim when I was 5, one of these attractions
Then later I felt everything Falling down. I thought I was dizzy. But Actually it was falling down. I ran and ran to get to out but I was trapped. They tried to pump more air for me to get out. It failed. But I did get out by the exit. My point is BE CAREFUL where you let your children go. Because they could be a victim like I was.
This is a great experience IF YOU ARE AGES 5-25. Obviously some things are just for little kids but teenagers still have a great time on the rides. I don't know why everyone in the comment was saying the rides were boring compared to Disney World. I think it's obvious this place isn't as nice as Disney and the rides aren't as thrilling as Disney, stop hating because of that. The rides give you a momentary thrill, nothing too extreme but still pretty fun. I recommend you go with friends if you have a small family, it's more fun with more people. Food is overpriced, but not any different from any other event in South Florida. I don't get why people expect top quality bathrooms and food and the nicest employees, you should expect the port-a-potties and not so friendly staff. If the staff doesn't smile and gives you a glare, just deal with it. Don't let it stop you from coming unless they were downright harassing you. Tips are to bring your own water bottle but use the bathroom beforehand, and spend as much time as possible to get your money worth. Please stop expecting Disney worthy rides and food! I also must admit, this is more of a carnival than a Christmas event, but still fun nonetheless.
I went last year and it was absolutely wonderful, I say its better than Disney, rides, are thrills but it gets your adrenaline pumping. The place is absolutely wonderful, I suggest not listening to the bad reviews and look for yourself, go onto YouTube and watch it. That person could have had a bad time there and maybe that place isn't for them, it could be the perfect place for you. All the Christmas decorations really bring out the Christmas spirit. I would most definitely recommend going
This place has fallen from grace and when I say fallen, I mean it plummeted. From the game attendants to the ride conductors. Well alot of them not all. We bought season passes and deeply regretted it in just a hour. Majority of the rides where not operable. We spoke to a man by the name of "Jerry" and expressed some of the treatment we've received while there and he just waved it off with a simple I'll talk to them. I was dumbfounded, we would have appreciated it if he refunded our season tickets and just gave them our money for the day. But of course definitely not an option. No wounder everyone told me not to come back here.
Had two bouncy house that are near the entrance. It was when I got in, it was a maze.
