Visited at 11:30 in the morning with the place just opening. Ordered "Pan con Bistec" steak sandwich but the steak was not fresh. It was tough and dry and seemed reheated. Big disappointment.
I read about this place in New York Times and when I realized that I would have a long layover in Miami, I made it my mission to come here. Owned by Gloria Estefan, this place offers an authentic Cuban sandwich. I think at one point I licked my fingers!

Very good Cuban Sandwich. YOU CAN BUY ONE to go before you board a flight. The restaurant is after the checkpoint close to the gate areas.
