Went there on a Saturday night 10pm to 3am for DJ event. The place has its own parking, lots of wall art to take fun pictures by and it's not in the middle of a dozen clubs to make it crowded. The inside of the cafe had lots of sofas and seats and a pretty well stocked bar. The sound system was amazing. If you don't like loud music then you probably won't like it. If you like to feel the bass in your bones then you'll love it. Overall cool place for club events. Don't now how the place is for food as the kitchen is closed at that time of night but the head chef was there and he seems like a really cool guy. He talked to me and my wife about the menu and it includes poke some kind of Hawaiian sushi, Gumbo, Jumbalaya and other awesome cuisines. Area seems safe enough. I don't think you want to wander around the neighborhood at night by yourself but I didn't see anything too bad around the area.
What can I say, this place has an amazing layout with a lounge feel, huge bar, tons of room, outdoor area and even free Parking (rare in the area)!
Plenty of other places in the area to eat!
Chicken and waffle- appeared today be small frozen waffle with a few hand made chicken nuggets. $18 GIVE ME A BREAK
First visit to the Wynwood Cafe while on a work trip to Miami. Was welcomed immediately at led to a wonderful wall of teas. Around 150 small tins of teas to see and smell before making a selection. I settled on a nice organic peppermint and did not disappoint. Will certainly try to make a stop on my next trip to Miami.

Mouse Trap Grilled cheese. What happened to the cheese? Did someone forget that the menu says three cheeses. We couldn't find even one. If I wanted a grilled bread sandwich I would have ordered it and I am sure it wouldn't be $10.
