MY GRANDMOTHER AND SISTER AND AUNTIE IS BARED HERE AND THE PEOPLE HERE DO A AMAZING JOB AT TAKING CARE OF THE YARD.
My uncle, aunt, and grandparent are all barried here. So when we unexpectedly lost my 29 year old brother it made us feel comfortable going here as they had always been kind. Things have changed. First off my brother was brought there ans had a cross which we were not advised of, the coroner advised us of it and we immiditely called the cemetary back and advised them we wanted that cross for ourselves and they notated it on the file. The cross was creamated with him. Then at the ceremony when speaking our funeral director did not know his name and called him "Mr.Rodriguez". Finally after all this he'll was over we got up the strength to go see his plac. Now that misspelled, obviously his mother my mom, was broken about this and went to the office. You want to know their response? Not sorry, not we will get it fixed, no. Their response was "Well did you proof read it when I sent it to you". Luckily my mom keeps record and shoved it in her face that it was correct on the proof sent to us. If i would have known this we would have used another place. We always used to say how they were expensive because of the great customer service, this is no longer true. If you have the option please re think using this location, all they do is add so much more pain to an already impossible situation.
I got the best paint job I have ever had. My car looks like new. I am really satisfied. I offered that I would personally take prospective clients to Maaco on 122 court personally Luis (the owner) was great.
I have to give 5 Stars for the Gentleman that helped me, for I live in Texas and want photos of my Family Markers there. Martin Tuezion (last name misspelled, sorry Martin!) He answered all my questions fully, I did not feel hurried like some places do. He was very kind to explain twice at some questions, for I have some hearing loss. Anyone needing help over the phone for a loved one there, just ask for Martin! **Thank You
My grandfather is buried here since 1998 and everything has always been nicely taken care of until recently. Hurricane Irma passed more than a week ago and they have not cleared out debris or opened the entry. Woodlawn: please do not delay and hire more grounds people to help with Hurricane Irma aftermath. You can't expect the regular staff to handle all this. Hire some help and keep your reputation! Thank you!
Again Martin!
