I'm writing in reference to a Cadillac Escalade 2011 that this morning was towing from my home, just because I request an extension like most of the financial company offer to their client due to the loss of hurricane Irma, I know you are not obligated to do it, but I think that you could it help and find solutions, because what I see is that your company only see for themselves not for the good of the client, I am not recommend anyone to go to that dealer neither finance with Mengar, everyone that I know in plan to buy a car my suggestion will be don't do it with Mengar , they don't help at all to the client, fortunately we are in USA that when something is really bad you can look for other better solutions, that will be my recommendations to the people, and I will post it in Internet how bad is your service, the dealer already has really bad reviews
