Horrible company. Cannot even perform the simplest of services, such as send a bill, or take a payment. When I inquired about not receiving bills or statements, I was called a liar by one of their customer service reps. The manager I spoke to Vance, lied to me, claiming he had certified mail receipts from my business, when in fact he did not. I requested proof of certified mail as well as copies of account statements and he could not, or would not provide me with them. How can a company that says you owe them money not provide an account statement??? Sounds borderline fraudulent to me.
