Avante has good customer service when it comes to home owners insurance follow up. However....when needing a Flood Policy STAY AWAY! For the past 3 years they have been telling me there is "No Competition on Flood Insurance that the rates are set by FEMA"....THAT IS TOTALLY NOT TRUE and after being told I had no choice in the matter that I just had to pay. I did shop around and my same exact policy went from $1095 to $261 for MIRROR IMAGE COVERAGE.,......AVANTE....you failed in the flood and your "SELECTIVE" CHOICE IS NOT THE ONLY ONE.....Buyer Beware
