My wife and I always feel comfortable shopping at Jareds on Madison’s West side. Everyone who works there is very helpful and friendly.
Horrible. Do not go to this one. Associates including management are very rude. I've been there 4-5 different times thinking person #1 was just having a bad day. Then happened again with a different person on another day, then with the manager also on a diffetent day. Long story short, if you want to have a good experience and enjoy your time looking at things and buying, go to the one in Pembroke Pines.
Special ordered a ring, never got a call when ready, when I called I was told it was send back.

I needed a product I found online brought in to my local store to examine before purchase. They said they would have it in 4 days. Two days later I got the call to come see it. I loved it and said I needed to have a jeweler resize it. They said they would have it ready in about an hour. Absolutely unimaginable service. Louie
Apparently changed accounting company, so my auto pay got turned off and I was never notified.
Management needs to clean house!
