We took a pair of earrings for repair the first week of November with a pick up date of 11/20. We came to pick up the earrings a 12/23 which is one month a few days over the pickup date and they were still not ready . This place, their service and timeliness are trash . We are also unfortunate enough to have purchased our wedding bands here and every cleanup is the same: takes forever and they can never find anything . Stay away there are plenty of other jewelry stores
Terrible service
I would leave 0 stars if I could. I took one beautiful expensive yellow gold earring from Israel for repair and I was assured by the counter lady that they will repair it with the same gold color as the earring. It had a small tiny hoop piece broken that needed to be "glued" back. When I got it back, the area where the repair was done was WHITE, like a stain on the earring! I told the lady, this is not good, how can I have this stained (noticeable) on one earring! They offered to "fix" the problem by trying to gold-plate it in YELLOW again and when I went to pick it up, it looked completely different yellow hue than my other earring! They look like two different earrings! Now I cannot wear them because they look so different in color. They would not do anything about it, the "repaired" earring has the corners some kind of black hue! YES BLACK! and it looks horrible. I decided not to have the other earring look the same because it looks with a little black in it which does not make any sense! Sorry for the wordy paragraph. I took to another jeweler and explained the problem and they said Kay Jewelers probably used too much heat to blend, so do not go to these people! horrible zero stars!
Great customer service. I went to get my ring changed a size down and they treated me kindly. I believe the name of the man who helped me was Tony.
Absolutely worst experience and quality ever. The manager is never there to help. All there is, is a bunch of teenagers who are helpless and always on their phones. Haven't been able to wear my necklace since May and it's August just to find out it keeps breaking because they burn/glue it back together. Absolutely never ever shopping here again.
