I've given this place 2 opportunities but each time the machines and employees have failed me to provide great service. It doesn't take much to run a laundry spot. All I require are for the machines to work properly and to be given helpful service when it's needed. Well don't expect those two things here. They have some washing machines that provide soap and softener. Beware which machine you use because they falsely labeled the biggest machine to have this option and it was false. $8 down the drain and they wouldn't pay me back. They even went as far as to blame me for reading the sign and expecting it to be true. Total fail! Condensending, rude employees and owner!!!

Great Price and Service
I enjoy coming and doing my laundry particularly on Mondays afternoons, early evening when it's quiet and peaceful, if I have any questions I can ask the employee and she'll be more than happy to advise me pertaining the appropriate washing machine for my wash load, amount of detergent, softener, etc... I still don't know her name but she greets everyone with a big smile.... and is very helpful and knowledgeable.
Small place compared to others, they have celing fans wich are grate, didn't have any problems but they should clean it up good, it smells dirty in there.
Wow this place only hires the rudest people in the planet... Only ok person I have seen working here is a man... Other than that the women that work here are extremely rude....i always go to this laundry place because it's the closet to my house and the cleanest and more organized than the other ones in little Havana.... Also because I like that they have a big parking lot in the back... Despite their disrespectful workers I always go there.... But a month ago I went to with my mom to do last minute washing... When I got there it was 6:00 and the lady that works there screamed at me as I was getting closer to the machine that I can only use certain washers because they were about to close at 7:00pm... I just didn't want to stoop to her level so I said "ok, ty".. U cam tell she was irritated that we got there at that time.... After that I bought something from the snack machine and she was watching me the entire time.... So she came up to the snack machine and turned If off like saying u can't buy anymore we r about to close.... Than on 11/22/2017 at 4pm I went to this place again ....this time I was changing my bills into quarters and the lady that was working there went from behind the counter to stand infront of the counter just watching me change my money...she made me feel extremely uncomfortable so i looked at her and she walked away.... Than after, the machines i was using wouldn't want to work or so i thought so i asked her for help and she waved her hand in my face and said sorry and walked away to attend another costumer and than she went to help me but she had me guessing if she was going to help me but she did and she checked tje machines and fixed the problem and told me "ay q saver usarlas, ok? " and she walked off and i said "thank you" and ahe didn't reslond and kept walking... Than she was taking cigarette breaks and would come back smelling like cigarettes... And she was just there looking at everyone and walking around the place like she owned it making me feel uncomfortable as if someone is doing something wrong... And i wasn't the only one who thought she was rude other costumers where talking to each other about her... Like i said only reason i keep going back is because its clean and spacious... But i won't be going back anymore... This is all the time
