Not safe at all. Gates always broken. Don't let the gates fool you, any and everybody goes to the pool. If u have any issue they will not help they will tell u call the cops. All they do is paint over the apartments and rent them out no real maintenance. Rent goes up every year. I would suggest you find somewhere else to live. Almost forget about people at the pool after midnight smoking weed and having sex. Smh
The management is very helpful and timely. Apartment are very nice and spacious. The community is well kept and the maintenance workers are very timely and courteous.
By far THE WORST customer service. Months with water coming into our house every time it rained and they wouldn't fix it. Any issues you want resolved they take their time to resolve or don't bother to help and act like they don't see you when they pass by you but are QUICK to charge and collect money. I have called the office 15+ times back to back and the office phone is off and other times they don't answer. They do whatever they want. Terrible terrible terrible!!!!
There is NO service. The place and apartments are nice but the careless people that work here are horrible!!!!
I wish I could give zero stars. As other mentioned: gate is always broken, 5 apartments in my building got broken into and the management didn’t even address it, there is literally dog feces in the stair case at all times, service request take weeks to get looked at, my emails never get a response and then they give attitude and are beyond rude when you call to address your concerns. You’re better off living somewhere else.
I am not a tenenat, my review is based off of trying to become one. Let me start off with the fact that no one answers the phone at their leasing office. I tried calling various times just to get information, and no one would answer. I decided because of this that I would just show up in person to request information and possibly get a tour. It is a gated community and the office is within. Upon arrival at the visitor entrance, I dialed the number to the leasing office as instructed and again... no one answered.
