Horrible place! It's like living in a prison. Nothing can be in you balcony, not even a bike! There's a playground and a volleyball court but for nothing because children are not allowed to play outside! Yes, there's a pool but it's only open when ever they feel like it which is like once a year!
I'm glad to say that this community is my home and I love it here, if someone would pay me a billion dollars to move from here,I would personally say no.
The parking is also horrible! Everyone has they're own but when someone parks in your spot, the tow trucks never get there! I once parked on the side for 10 minutes because someone was in my spot, and I got my car towed! AND I LIVED THERE!
Must say I have not lived here... but I went to the office around a month agk to ask and they both were SOOOOO RUDE to us... as if I were begging for a place to live. My goodness... I was so sure I would live there until I was treated like a piece of crap with the utmost unfriendliness. Owner... please change your staff if you want anyone to get past the gate. I had the intentions of living there... Horrified to go back and be humilliated again. I can't even imagine how horrible their attitude must be out of the office. PLEASE value your present and future residents... as I have large circle of friends and family... and I am NOT recommending any of my lived ones to be treated like intruders where they would go and make you some business. Thank you. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
Finally, I was told that my lease was about to expire so I decided to tell them that I was going to move. Waited until it was close to expire to finally looked for another apartment. When I found one, I let them know and then they tell me that I still have 4 months left?!! But I was just so tired of that place that I didn't even care that it would reflect on my credit! On moving day, I left my apartment really nice, and cleaned up with new paint, floors and stove tops (BECAUSE THEY NEVER FIXED IT WHEN I NEEDED FIXED!) and they still had the nerve to tell me that I owed them money!

I lived in this place when they freshly made it.
I moved here recently and I was hesitant to move her because of the mixed reviews. But I must say I really like it here. The place is clean, well maintained and office staff and neighbors are really nice. My son has made friends easily and plays at the park on the property on weekends. The pool is always and it's pretty quiet here. The only bad part is guest parking in the building itself, but there is plenty of street parking. But for the great price of the rent I don't mind if my guest have to park outside, you got to take the good with the bad. I definitely recommend this place.
I get mad just passing by that place! Ungrateful people, horrible and bitchy (sorry for the language) front desk ladies. Just the worst! Don't live here!
