Bad service to the public and bad manner thru the phone. I called to ask information for a police report and she have attitud and no willing to help.
Don’t waist you time going there
Unfortunately, people like her are one of the reasons why people do not trust, nor like, the police department. Why would anyone call such a disrespectful, cynical, irresponsible group of people to their home if they were in trouble? I cannot speak for everyone there, but I will speak for these two people I interacted with today. It doesn't matter who you are, you should treat people with respect. The fact that you carry a badge does not make you better than anyone else. You have a responsibility to the people that you pledged to assist and protect. These two women are clearly doing the badge a tremendous disservice.
By far, the worst of the two at the front is the woman with the reddish-purple hair. She never looks at you, if you speak to her she raises her hand to shut you up without even considering the relevance of what you are trying to say. When she does look at you she gives you this cynical smirk and then proceeds to respond in a condescending way. I wish there was a way to report this woman to a higher authority because she clearly lacks the people skills to do her job.

I just wanted to fill out an police report require to fill out an identity theft report, i was the only person there and waited for 45 min (no help at all.)
If I could give this department a zero (or negative ten) I would. Not only are they incredibly disrespectful, they make you feel horrible and insignificant. I was there earlier today. The ladies at the front are terrible. The only person that treats you there with dignity is the policewoman with the blond hair, she actually says hello/good morning/good afternoon back to you. The other two don't even respond.
Please do not go to this department to get service, citizens are treated as if they are some kind of enemy, very, very, very (3) times, bad service. It looks more like a private club, public employees, so call officers, gathering drinking coffee, talking while citizens waiting for service. I am a Law school graduate, I took a course at FIU called Police Departments Organization and Administration and did very well. The organization at this department is a joke, a shame to the community they serve. Very very bad attention to the general public. Will avoid going to this place ever again. I hope the chief officer in this department reads this review and make necessary corrections. Public employees that were taking care of the general public on February 21, 2017 @ 2:00 pm should be put under administrative leave for ever and be sent somewhere else away from citizens requesting services.
