Never responded to my emails and calls...called me 4 days before my trip to tell me they had found me a car...I had to book elsewhere because they wouldn't return my calls and emails and they still charged me. Big scammers

I recently traveled to Europe in a tour package I bought from the agency and everything was wonderful. All the amenities and tours where as described by the agent during her sales pitch, very affordable and joyful. I am preparing for my next adventure with them.
