Marvel Travel is the BEST! They made booking my trip extremely easy -- Arnaldo answered all my questions over the phone and by email. I may have asked too many but he was happy to help. Definitely choosing them the next time I book any kind of vacation!
This company is the worst. So unprofessional and rude. I booked a punta cana package and wanted to change the dates due to personal reasons and they told me that I couldn't do it. They never gave me options to solve the issue and provided really bad customer service. So dissapointment of this agency. They kept my deposit. This is a SCAM. Do yourself a favor and stay away from them.

The absolute worst travel company EVER! Had to cancel my trip and they refused to give me my money back even though I was never told they had a no refund policy.
