Because of my condition I have to go periodically to see her. It is a pleasure to go . The enviroment is pleasent and the staff always ready to help.
I have Alopecia Areata. I was loosing hope. I saw three other dermatologist and continued loosing hair. And then, I found Dr. Tosti. By the time I met her I lost 60% of my hair. It is true that takes long to get an appointment, because she is the best of the best. She is a scientific that had dedicated most of her life to help people with Alopecia Areata. It is worth it to wait.

You're just another number in a long line. Don't expect quality service or good bedside manners. Instead you will have to book an appointment 6 months in advance only to rushed through the door
Terrible experience. I've been coming here for almost 3 years. I always have to wait at least one hour to see the doctor after my scheduled appointment (and I always show up early or on time). Today, I've been waiting over 1.5 hours (writing this review as I wait). Dr. tosti is generally rude to her staff, rude to me, and just an unpleasant person. While she may be an "expert" I'm not sure it worth coming here anymore. After today, I'll be searching for a new doctor.
Dr Tosti is one of the most caring, intelligent, and expert dermatologists I have ever encountered. She is extremely professional, has a wealth of knowledge and is empathetic with her patients. I saw her for a hair disorder, which can be quite frustrating, and she spent time with me, is extremely compassionate. I especially love that she uses a dermatoscope and photographs and tracks your progress because it is hard to see improvement in yourself. Thank you for all of your help I would recommend her to anyone without hesitation. There is a reason she is one of the foremost hair/nail/contact dermatitis experts in the world.
My wife is a patient of Dr. Tosti. Gives the doctor 5 stars without hesitation. Very knowledgeable, very professional and never an issue with staff, nor have I witnessed any problems with staff. Dr. Tosti is sought after by many so getting in to see her is an issue.
