I think I can take a full day explaining my disappointment with the florist here. The first time she did not deliver the flowers I ordered and the second time she delivered flowers that had already withered. The owner is also very rude and she does not even apologize when she messes up.
I love Berkley's Florist!!! Sometimes I just come here for inspiration. They always have what I need!
I am prompted to write this review based on my experience with getting the flowers for my own wedding. Being a planner I was focused to make sure I had the exact flowers and supplies to complete the vision for the wedding. My staff helped piece all the arrangements and I did all the bouquets and boutonnieres. I picked up the flowers on Thursday for a Saturday wedding and they remained fresh well for a week after.
I have been a customer of Berkeley's for a long time as has my event planning company. The selection, freshness, service, availability of product and more make it for me the only place for flowers in the city. The space is separated into the flower shop and the supplies shop. Both have large inventory and an abundance of staff to help guide you if you feel overwhelmed.
