Dont order online. Make sure you see what you are paying for before you buy. We ordered a so called "Premium" arrangement that is supposed to be the biggest available. We got a cheap vase with skimpy flowers. NOT what we saw online at all. This completely messed up our Valentine's Day. And on top of that when we spoke about our dissatisfaction, they refused a refund after returning the arrangement. Completely disappointing and very rude.
THIS PLACE IS BAD BUSINESS I ORDERED 2 LARGE FLOWER ARRANGEMENTS FOR A FUNERAL THAT WERE SUPPOSE TO BE SPECIFIC COLORS & MESSAGES.. I WAS ASSURED BY THE LADY TAKING THE ORDER THAT THE COLORS & MESSAGES WOULD BE CORRECT!! I EVEN CALLED THE DAY BEFORE THE ORDER WAS TO BE DELIVERED TO CONFIRM THE COLORS AND WAS TOLD THAT EVERYTHING WOULD BE AS I REQUESTED!!! THE COLORS WERE WRONG THE MESSAGES HAD OTHER PEOPLES NAME ON THEM!!! AFTER SPENDING ALMOST $300 WITH THIS COMPANY I AM VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICE AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!! THEY WILL AGREE TO WHATEVER YOU SAY TO GET YOUR BUSINESS THEN SCREW YOU OVER!!!
Disappointing...
The service was easy, the flowers were beautiful (I lost count of the number of compliments I received on the day!) and the size is generous. It is a pity I'm not living in San Fran as I would have definitely come back again otherwise.
My fiance ordered flowers for Valentine's Day and they never delivered them. They also did not answer the phone when he called various times and on different days to ask what happened. It is now 3 days later and no flowers have been received or a refund (and they aren't cheap either). Extremely disappointing service, I don't know how they have so many good reviews.
