This business was a random place I found online and ended being my number 1 highly recommend flowers place.
I purchased a custom arrangement online as a surprise for my wife for our 5th Wedding Anniversary. It was meant to match the floral arrangement from our wedding. I asked to have delivered to our hotel by 10am, or close to it. When 10am rolled around, I called to find out when it'll be delivered. The guy told me "don't worry, it's on its way. It'll be there between 1030 and 11." I was ok with that. As I'm trying to stall my wife, it got to 12pm. So now I'm asking the front desk if there's a delivery, now ruining the surprise for my wife. I call again, the guy says he's sorry, it should be there any moment, and he'll call to make sure and call me back. I never got a call back. Finally after it being delivered after 1pm, hours late, the arrangement is wrong. I requested white calla lilies with white and purple roses. There were no white roses. I know it says some custom requests aren't met, but it would be nice to know so that I can make a choice to switch or substitute. Very poor experience, and very unprofessional.
This place is the best!! I can't give more starts because 5 is the maximum. I called the same day, 1 hour before, and with that short term they prepared my flowers and delivered!!! Incredible!!
I ordered flowers to go to a Hospital in Miami Beach and the employee that took my order, Ever, was very attentive. He sent me a picture of the flowers and asked me if I wanted any changes. He was sweet and the entire team worked very fast! It is an economic flower delivery service and the flowers are fresh and beautiful, plus, their customer service was great!
In May of 2017, my sis was down in Miami celebrating her bday. I wanted to surprise her with flowers. After a bit of trial and error of searching for delivery companies, I discovered Yosvi Flowers. The staff was incredibly helpful! I wanted everything to be a total surprise, so I asked that the flowers be delivered early in the morning. My sis wasn't available at the time of initial delivery, so Yosvi Flowers came back within the hour for a second delivery! THey communicated every detail with me throughout the process. They went above and beyond to get the job done and make my sister's bday in Miami a special one. Thank you Yosvi Flowers!!!

Best experience ever. I order the flowers from Canada and the help I got was unbelievable. With the delivery I was trying to make someone happy at the end I was the happiest with the kind of treatment I got from the company.
