The place is atractive and well organized. I always find good deals there. It is important to fix the ceiling in the clearance section.
Some of the furniture here is pretty good, some less so. The organization is standard, some "rooms" setup as well as sections for just the item types. Some of the sales guys here are good. I bought a couch from a guy we really liked. But when we went back for a new chair, he wasn't around and we were essentially stalked by a guy who had been waiting outside watching for new customers. We were unable to just look around without him breezing by and getting ion our business. We had no opportunity to talk to each other about what we saw, if it would match etc. He was so annoying we left.
Could not find the chairs i was looking for. Pleasant n helpful staff.
I went into the store today to buy a sofa. The salesperson Mike was very nice and helped us rather quickly. When we went to pay, we were informed that the delivery fee was $130 which was 20% of the value of the sofa and they do not give you the option to pick it up yourself. When I asked to speak to a manager, a gentleman named Peter came and he had the worst attitude problem ever. He was rude, arrogant and treated us with utter disrespect. We were very close to not buying the sofa because of the manager but it was exactly what we needed and we had been looking for it for a while. However, I doubt I will ever buy from them again.
It was a great experience! Lovely showroom. Spacious and relaxing. Each piece of furniture or set was perfectly positioned and expertly decorated. Our sales associate, Pilar, was fabulous. Amazing with tips on how to decorate our room with the new family room set. Such a personal touch. The payment process was fast, and easy. Simply a great experience.
