Tried to call several times and nobiy amswered the phone
Lost my wallet and called the company right after and couldn't get it back. This company is terrible.
AWFUL. First the driver was extremely reckless and went 85 in a 45 mph zone. After being asked to slow down he did and eventually sped back up. Then went on to drive away with one of our bags. We've called the company many times and we've been put on hold for more than 20 minutes. The company tried to call him over the radio and he has not responded. Still have YET to get in contact with the driver and get our bag back. DO NOT USE.
Stay away! This was the yellow cab at Miami International Airport. The driver insisted the payment should be done in cash although the stickers said they accept said Visa and MasterCard. He tried to charge 110$ for a 67 $ (taximeter) ride for "toll fees etc". He followed up with 100 $. I paied what the taximeter showed.
Said 15 minutes, ended up being 55 minutes after having to call three more times. Hopeless company, do not use.
